Fusion on earth

Each lightning bolts around the earth uses a steam plasma to turn regular water into helium, oxygen and more energy than you can throw a the stick at. Five tonnes of helium, and 20 of oxygen!
This free radical oxygen turns oxygen molecules in the air into ozone! All driven by a heavy rainstorm! That again is to the production of helium and ozone. Plus the 5000 volts, 100 amps required for lightening strike.
There is one lightening strike every 3 minutes around the world! Lasting for three sections. Adding 1.5x 1044 Watts of energy to the environment. Clean power, with no plutonium and no carbon dioxide-though the latter stimulates plant growth! The greenest gas possible.
A steam plasma tube will turn regular water into 6 MW of heat continuously, while we top up the water level. Was started it will draw no current from the grid.
Nature is overflowing with the production of helium gas-of which there is no chemical source! A steam plasma is the most convenient way to produce steam in chaotic, turbulent flow: to do massively exothermic molecular nuclear fusion.
All year, power locally on demand! An ultrasound probe dropped into water does molecular nuclear fusion: producing helium and oxygen gases, plus loads of heat! We can use the hot steam and gases, to drive a turbine.
We condense the steam on the cold end of a Carnot heat pump: which is powered by 2% of the generated current. The ultrasound emissions will only draw ½% of the generated power: if we return the heat via the hot end of the heat pump to the water in the boiler room-via fire tubes!
