When we tried it a Sheffield University 2001, we got a net power output of around 5 MW/m. Then nuclear power closed down my PhD. The department has been closed down, and the 8 professors vanish into the night.
The national grid will par 3000 UK pounds per KW year. We are looking at an income of 5 million pounds. We back garden plant supplying 200 homes, with non-pollution and carbon free power. Utilizing no fossil fuel burn.
Now actually small plants outperform large plants, so we may be looking at 500 homes. Each water molecule is basically 250 W of power from 10-10 L in volume. A garden plant will only consume a quarter thimbleful of regular water every decade.
The first people with working steam plasma power plants will instantly retire. That income stream is only enjoyed by multimillionaires.

If we utilise a 50x1 cm steam plasma, we only get 4.6 million annually. And supply 100 homes with power. Which indicates how overpriced carbon fuels are.
And this science was worked to and published in the 1950s. And took me 6 months to work out in 2000! And familiar to ever physics and engineering professor on Earth.
Who pretended man could affect the trace level of CO2 in the air. Global photosynthesis absorbs extra CO2 every day, leaving only 2 parts per million in the global air.
Its preindustrial level. Burning conventional fuels produces no toxic radioactive waste of nuclear power! Tokyo nuclear just experienced Fukishima. Even the most technically adept nation on Earth can do uranium fusion safely.
Luckily Japan can now fire up 2m x 2c steam plasma tubes, and liberate 11.6 MW of clean power. 8 will happily run a 100 MW power plant safely! And Japan has access to distilled water! We use the waste heat of the boiler room to boil off salt water. That condenses into distilled water.
