Carbon is nothing to do with the weather

 In 2001 I tols Sheffield University that photosynthessi pinned CO2 levels globally to only 2 parts per million. Cities make up too little area to have any global significance. Levels are higher above the Arctics.
Their major baker for Global Warming research was nuclear power: passing over that the globla climate had boon cooling for 5 years.
2004 was a naturally bad hurricane year – these thin gs are cyclical. So nuclear power started pushing 'man-made climate change'. 2015 and the whole world is familiar with my idea about photosynthessi on the land and in the seas pegging CO2 levels.
Presumably all the Global Warming sceintists have now retired: or moved to other areas of science fiction.
So the world con tiues as if 'climate change' was 'global warming'. No it is natural global cooling! The short term weather cycle is 28 years. Man has no effect.
And obviously a static trace gas affects nothing! Any person unfamiliar with photosynthesis should redo their high school education.
But ever 3 minutes around the world, heavy rain is doing Molecular Nuclear Fusion
1 H2O+Tu->He2++O2-+E2+X-ray
So nature deos nuclear fusion down to -50 C, in snow showers, at 1 atmosphere. The Great Hardon Collider was the greatest waste of research budgets ever. $100 billion a year down the drain.
A lighteing strike make 5 tonnes of He ions. 2.5x1030 W: this is the science that Sheffeild should have been researching 2002. So a 50x1cm steam plasma in a glass tube will produce 1.2 MW of heat. That a steam turbine will turn inot over 120 kW of power. With no CO2 or toxic radioactive waste.

So I just watched a news item on climate change: which is what we used to call weather. Adn not one word abouyt CO2 – which supports life on Earth, and reacts to the weather.

Nature does massive amounts of nuclear fusion every day using the turbulent flow of high pressure water or steam! Hence the massive amount of helium gas in the global air.
