Carbon is fixed

It is what you get, when you listen to professors of physics about biology and metrology. A wrong answer.
Globla photosynthesis on the land and seas, lmitis the global average to on ly 2 parts per million. Within 5 minutes even in town, plants convert extra CO2 into biomass. Which is why academics lost interest in Global Warming in 2005 – and have never been inbterested in the biologicvally proposterous Climate Change.
If you look back in history things geet stupid. In the little ice age there was 4ppm CO2 in the global air. As the snow covered the land, and ice the seas.
In the Jurassic tehre was 4 ppm CO2 in the global air – ecept during the 3 natural ice ages, when there was 8: one ice age lasted 650 million years.
But we are not limited to solar beat, or burning Fossil Fuels. Heavy rain does Molecular Nuclear Fusion
1 H2O+TU ->He2++O2-+E2+X-ray TU=turbulence of the rain drops
At 5,000 V, ever 3 minutes around the Earth we get a lightenign strike – which deos more Molecular Nuclear Fusion
2 H2O+e-+TU ->He2++O-+E12+X-ray
The emission of X-rays by heavy rain and geography is on academic record. My ols school, Bolton School should be teaching this in geography and physics.
Here E12=2.5x1030 W – as it makes 5 tonnes of Helium nucleai. So this teaches us a 2cm x1m steam plasma releases 5.8 MW. Oil or gas burning releases only 45 kW.
So 18 1m steam plasma tubes will run a 100 MW power station. Using ½ the tube to superheat the steam produces by the boiler room.
At home in a garage, we have a 50x1cm steam plasma tube at 4 atmospheres. It releases 1.2 MW of heat. So we get 120 mW of steam at 140oC: really a bit cool for a steam process.
We have another 50x1cm steam plasma tube in a vertical superheat vessel, and this heats the steam to a nice 800oC. We now generate a nice 240 kW of electricity.
Any power user only needs 8 kW. So we are going to supply 300 users. The national grid will pay us over 5 million dollars.

 The water is free – our major cost is the turbine. You could do worse than talk to Siemens Steam Turbines. I get no commission – never even havig workd for them.
