This science was known about in the 1980s – just not thought through.
A running steam or IC engine gives off X-rays and produces He and O3 in the exhaust. This made no sense – He and X-rays come from 2 sources, nuclear fission and fusion. And the amount of radiation produced from Fossil Fuels oil is neglible.
I got my master's, got maried and went off to work in IT. Then in 1988 I siffered a serious car accident. But I have a hard head.
So I was back at Sheffeild in 2000 doing a PhD into chemical and process engineering – looking into Global Warming. Which I found was spurious science, as global photosynthesis on the land a seas limited free CO2 to a pre-industrial 2 parts per million. Man's foot print on the Earth is 0.02% of the surface of the land. And his farmiong boosts photosynthesis around the Earth.
But the cold fusion work was out – that I actually learned about in 1984. Electroysis did Molecular Nuclear Fusion

Nature does Molecular Nuclear Fusion in rain storms – which give off heat, radiation and lgiht flashes. As the produce O3, He, X-rays and visible light: the is no chemiocal source of He, X-rays or visible light.
When we get a potential build up of 5,000 V, between the cloud tops that collect the He2+ ions, and the ground that collects the negative charge we get a lifghtening down strike.
This makes 5 tonnes of He ions – 2.5x1030 W of power. More power than man has ever released, including from his nuclear weapons. In 3 seconds. Every 3 minutes.
5.8 MW/m from a 2cm steam plasma. Power with no CO2, or solid radioactive waste. Which teaches us that a 25x1cm steam plasma will produce 580 kW.
Sat in an engine bay, this will produce 58 kW of power. A family 4 door fully laden car wants 25 kW. A small helicoptor takes 45 kW. Utilising 0.08cc of regular water a year.
No Fossil Fuels burn. No CO2 – no high petrol or diesel costs. Ever.
And it is not hard to make. We borrow the electrics from a fluorescent light, and once started, the plasma self sustains. We have a spring loaded reservoir, to maintain the water pressure.
When no running, we connect to the national grid, and export the power to the grid. We have a meter on board, to let the power company know how much money they own us. They pay 3,000 UK pounds per kW year.
So we are looking at an annual cheque for 25 million. We drive the vehicle as an electrically driven hyper car. With no exhaust.
3 H2O+TU ->E2+L+X-ray E2=a constant 600 kW.
The H ions combnie with electrons to form neutrons. These cause the oxygen to fission into 8 hydrogens, and 4 elcetrons. The hydrogen fission into energy, light and as much X-ray as a present running car engine produces.
