Oil is a very weak form of Molecular Nuclear Fusion – only releasing 45kW/m – most of the fusion heat being taken in to oxidise the carbon

In contrast, a steam plasma at 4 atmospheres does H fission
2 H2O+TU->E33+L+X-ray E33=2.4MW from a 50x1cm steam plasma at 4 atmospheres.
This is a huge release of power, and we may run the tube at 2 atmospheres – and supply external currect (about 0.01amp at 2,000V) and only get 620kW.
Which allows each steam plasma tube to replace 8 1m rows of gas or oil burners. It will utilise 4x10-26cc of regular water a year: no cO2, and no hyper toxic radioactive waste.
