NOx not a climate gas

Only gases that form a large and stable % of the air could have any climate effect.
Extra CO2 is taken in within 5 minutes and converted into biomass. So it is at a pre-industrial 2 parts per million.
As the world is using biodiesels, Fossil Fuels burns are going down: CO2 emissions FELL by 6% last year. So the oil countries are trying to invent reason not to use diesels.
Lightening strikes are the vast majority of NOx in the air – petrol AND diesels make very, vary little.
So replacing diesels with petrol, will only have the effect of doing nothing to the static trace of CO2 in the air.
NOx has very little residency in the air – within 2 minutes it all out as nitric and nitrous acids. So not possible climate effect. 100 parts per billion – a static trace. 0.000,000,01%.
So for the oil countries it is very simple – make up science to raise petrol prices, to get diesels off the road. So CO2 levels, and oil prices will rise.

Nature ensures CO2 is a static trace gas at 0.000002%. Your diesel is the green machines – that goes around fixing organic nitrogen, that fertilizes plant growth. That fixes CO2 at 2 parts per million.
