Thorium power uses plutonium

A Thorium reactor uses recycled plutonium to trun Thorium into Uranium. This is so dangerous.
But no civilian company is allowed to handle plutonium. So only nuclear power COULD use Thorium – except the IAEA is unlikely to licensed this fast-breeder technology.
The British and American publics would not allow it. The IAEA has a duty to stop France from using this continentally polluting industry.

For Throuim READ PLUTONIUM.
