When you confront Global Warming pundits with the FACT, that the weather has been cooling for 21 years, they start talking about how high CO2 makes for more active weather. Data=none. It is nuclear PR fiction.
Since photosynthesis evolved in the Cretaceous, global average CO2 has been limited by photosynthesis – levels double in an ice-age, or above the Poles. They never admit Global Warming is barking mad!
Lets try some historical data. In the Jurassic, CO2 was at 4 parts per million – twice today's 2ppm. There was 65% more life on Earth, and sea levels 60 metres lower. So higher CO2 LOWER seas.
Above the Poles today, we are at 4ppm CO2, with an air temperature of -50oC in the arctic winter. As snow covers the land, and ice the seas. The winter ends, the ice melts, and CO2 falls to 2ppm – as the seas do photosynthesis.

So turbulence in photosynthesis uses CO2 to do Molecular Nuclear Fusion. And nuclear power is scared of Nuclear Fusion. Nature uses the carbon cycle to do Nuclear Fusion.
Photosynthesis on land and seas sinks CO2 to a static 2ppm. It was at 4ppm in the little ice-age of the 18th century. Then levels fell to, and remained static at 2ppm.
The burnt Fossil Fuels add 0.00004% to the daily CO2, and forms biomass within 5 minutes. So CO2 is capped at 2ppm.
As every academic on Earth will confirm, a static trace gas affects nothing: And that is what CO2, SO2 and NO1/2 are due to photosynthesis – the major life sup;port system on Earth.
So diesel engines drive around, spraying as much plant fertilizer into the air, NOx, as petrol cars do.
Bacteria in volcanic polls use the sulfur cycle – H2S and SO2 in place of CO2 and H2O: again to do Molecular Nuclear Fusion.
So CO2 levels rise in an ice-age. Colder, calmer weather. As weather is driven by rain and snow fall.

So a 50x1 steam plasma tube, will release a constant 2.4MW. A thermoelectric generator will turn into 288kW of carbon 0 power.
