Melt the Siberian rivers

The ice is below sea level, and as it melts to water, in contracts – high school physics. We use 1m x 2cm steam plasma tubes at 4 atmospheres – once established the plasma will self sustain. Converting 3x10-14cc or regular water into heat.
I would surround the glass tube, with an over sized metal tube – to prevent contact with water at -2,8oC (Liquid at pressure) from shattering the plasma tube. We never stop the plasma – so no temparature cycling.
We mount the tube in a concrete mount, so it sits on the sea bed. If we cost the tube in UV phosphors it will support massive photosynthesis. If we seed the tube with the bacteria from hot smokers, it will support massive ecosystems.

I have explained TU and UV elsewhere. Go read my old blogs
So the steam plasma tube will support massive life – just like a hot smoker. Noe we are releasing massive heat into the Siberian waters – by the permafrost. Which now melts. So in 6 months, we repeat 10m up the river.
If we are anxious, we mill down through the permafrost, and securely mount the plasma tube on the river bottom. We fill the hole with the milled snow, strike u pthe plasma, and in 2 days we will see a lake of liquid water.
As the lakes fill up, the river extends. And now the cold water will flow back to the equator, to pick up more heat. As it flows back to the Poles, it will tend to evaporate. So increasing natural rain.
We get warmer, lusher Poles – sucking in all the lovely CO2, to support plant (and animal life). The equator will be lusher and cooler – so we also see more plant life. And all this extra life will tie up water – so the sea are going down.
The 4th biggest androgynous CO2, is hyper toxic, under insured nuclear power: all operating illegally since 1984.
